We offer shipping services to various locations, ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days within the United States. For international orders, delivery times may vary significantly based on the destination and customs processing times. Please note that any customs duties or taxes incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which allows customers to return items within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.A charge of $3 will be applied if the item is returned without its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.

To start a return, customers should contact us via email at bamboochi@bamboochikids.shop. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. We recommend that customers inspect their orders upon receipt and report any defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately to facilitate a resolution.

Exceptions to Return Policy

 Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If there are any questions regarding specific items, customers are encouraged to reach out for clarification.

Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval status of their refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. It is important to note that processing times may vary based on the customer's bank or credit card company.

In the event that more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and the refund has not been received, customers should contact us for assistance.
